Where is your office located?
We have two locations to serve you. Our main office is located at 7231 Cooley Lake Rd. in West Bloomfield, MI. We are located across the street from the OCC Highland campus entrance on Cooley Lake Rd between Williams Lake Rd and Hospital Rd. Our office hours are from 9AM to 6PM weekdays Monday through Friday, and 10AM to 2PM Saturdays. Please click here for a map.

How do I view the interior of a house?
You can view a home anytime it is scheduled to be shown by looking at our on-line showing calendar. If you would like to schedule a specific appointment, please fill out an application on line or fax it, email it, or bring it to us at one of our offices.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a one time non-refundable $25.00 application fee. This is payable by cash, check, money order, debit card, and any major credit card.

What qualifications to you look for in applicants?
Because North Bloomfield Properties screens applications for many different property owners, There is no "one thing" that will make or break an application. It is very important to fill out your application as completely and honestly as possible. Click here for a list of general qualifications.

Are pets allowed?
Certain pets may be accepted; however, the rent may be raised or a separate pet deposit is required. Some property owners do not allow pets under any circumstances and are cause for eviction if acquired after move-in. If you have pets, be sure you inquire about the pet policy for the property you are interested in.

How long does it take for my application to get processed?
The application process generally will take 1 - 2 business days. This usually depends on the accuracy and completeness of the application we receive. Please make sure you fill out your application as completely and accurately as possible and provide us with any other documents required, such as pay stubs, identification, etc. To avoid any unnecessary delays.

How often do you update your list of houses?
We update our complete list of houses, condos, and apartments available to rent every day. You can click on the New Properties banner on the top left of the home page for a list of everthing listed in the past 10 days.
